浅谈卧式容器圆筒周向应力的校核

摘  要:国内现行卧式容器的设计标准《卧式容器》(NB/T 47042-2014)对于圆筒周向应力在耐压试验工况的校核没有做出明确的规定,导致目前国内各设计单位设计计算方法不统一。本文通过对比国内压力容器的设计标准中关于耐压试验的应力校核方式,提出卧式容器应分别进行设计工况及耐压试验工况下的周向应力校核,并应按照耐压试验为短期超压工况的原则,采用《压力容器》的应力校核来控制耐压试验周向应力,避免材料的浪费。The current design standard for horizontal vessels in China,"Horizontal Vessels"NB/T 47042-2014,does not provide clear provisions for the verification of circumferential stress of cylinders under pressure test conditions.This has led to the lack of uniformity in the design calculation methods among various domestic engineering companies.By comparing the stress verification methods for pressure tests in domestic pressure vessel design standards,this paper proposes that circumferential stress verification should be carried out separately for horizontal vessels under the design condition and pressure test condition.Moreover,in accordance with the principle that the pressure test is a short-term overpressure condition,the stress verification method specified in"Pressure Vessels"should be adopted to control the circumferential stress during the pressure test,so as to avoid the waste of materials.
