摘　　要：中药提取车间的设计关系到中药生产的规范性和产品品质。本文介绍了中药提取车间在厂址选择和总图布置时需要注意的问题,对车间设计要点进行了分析。结合工程案例,具体介绍了中药提取车间的工艺布置,以及这种布置的合理性、合规性和先进性,同时,对车间的自动化设计进行了分析和展望,为中药提取车间的设计提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine is the quintessence of China.The design of the traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop is related to the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine production and the quality of products.This paper introduces the issues to be noted when selecting the site and making the general plot plan for the Chinese medicine extraction workshop,and analyzes some key points that should be noted during the design of the Chinese medicine extraction workshop.At the same time,combined with engineering cases,the process layout in the design of Chinese medicine extraction workshop,as well as the rationality,compliance and advancement of this design,are specifically introduced,which provides some references for the design of Chinese medicine extraction workshop.At the end of the paper,an analysis and outlook are also provided on the automation design of traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshops,hoping to be helpful and provide references for practitioners.
