摘 要:针对某百万燃煤发电机组的气力输灰系统,在运用传统的正压浓相双套管输灰技术时,频繁遭遇输灰堵塞、管道磨损漏灰以及耗气量高等问题,采用了智能高效先导式输灰技术进行改造,并对本次技改所涉及的内容、达成的效果以及产生的效益等予以分析,结果表明:该提效改造能够实现预期的技改目标。This paper describes the pneumatic ash conveying system of a millionkilowatt coal-fired power generation unit,which uses conventional positive pressure dense phase double casing ash conveying technology and frequently encounters situations such as ash conveying blockage,pipeline wear and leakage,and high gas consumption.In order to resolve the existing problems,after technological renovation,the intelligent and highly efficient pilot ash conveying technology has been adopted,and this paper introduces the contents,the achieved effects and the generated benefits etc.involved in this technological renovation,and finally achieves the expected goals of the technological renovation.
