摘  要:本文以国外某项目的乙醇回收塔为例,按照API 521标准,分析了精馏塔典型的外部火灾、异常热量输入、全厂停电、冷媒中断等典型事故工况。介绍了外部火灾、再沸器异常热量输入的泄放量计算方法。基于稳态模拟结果,通过热不平衡法计算出全厂停电、冷媒中断事故工况下的泄放量,得出冷媒中断工况的泄放量最大。对比了热不平衡法、塔顶气相法的泄放量计算结果,得出热不平衡法的计算结果更为全面、严谨的结论。example,and analyzes the typical accident conditions of the distillation column,such as external fire,abnormal heat input,power outage of the whole plant and interruption of the refrigerant,according to the API standard 521.It Introduces the calculation method for the relief capacity in the case of external fire and abnormal heat input from the reboiler.Based on the steadystate simulation results,the relief capacity under the accident conditions of power outage of the whole plant and interruption of the refrigerant is calculated by the thermal imbalance method,and it is concluded that the relief capacity under the condition of refrigerant interruption is the largest.By comparing the calculation results of the relief capacity obtained by the thermal imbalance method and the overhead vapor phase method,it is concluded that the calculation results of the thermal imbalance method are more comprehensive and rigorous.
