摘 要:随着经济快速发展与产业结构调整,化工项目面临着成本上涨与建设周期缩短的双重挑战。本文围绕化工项目设计进度控制进行深入研究,剖析当前化工项目设计进度管理存在的主要问题,包括设计人员、设计设施以及设计方法等方面的不足,并提出针对性改进措施,聚焦人员管理改善、设计要求与条件变更管理、设计设施与方法优化、全面化监管和进度计划调整等多个方面,旨在提升化工项目设计阶段的进度管理效能。通过相关实例分析,验证了所提措施的可行性,为工程公司提高生产效率和项目管理水平提供了参考依据。综合多种手段的应用,能有效提升化工项目设计进度控制的系统性能,确保设计目标的实现。With rapid economic development and industrial structure adjustment,chemical projects are facing the dual challenges of rising costs and shortened construction cycles.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the design schedule control of chemical project,analyzes the main problems existing in the current design schedule management of chemical project,including the deficiencies in terms of design personnel,design facilities and design methods etc.,and proposes targeted improvement measures.Focusing on multiple aspects such as improvement of personnel management,the management of changes in design requirements and conditions,the optimization of design facilities and methods,comprehensive supervision,and the adjustment of schedule and plan,the aim is to enhance the efficiency of schedule management in the design phase of chemical projects.Through the analysis of relevant examples,the feasibility of the proposed measures is verified,providing a reference basis for engineering companies to improve production efficiency and project management level.The application of a variety of means can effectively enhance the system performance of the design schedule control of chemical projects and ensure the achievement of design objectives.
