摘  要:电动汽车电池管理系统(BMS)的优化设计和能量均衡策略对提升电池性能和延长使用寿命具有重要意义。该文概述BMS的基本组成、功能及其在电动汽车中的重要性,详细介绍比亚迪BMS的技术特点。重点讨论比亚迪BMS在传感器精度与数据采集、算法优化,以及硬件设计的可靠性与耐用性方面的优化设计。研究主动均衡与被动均衡2种能量均衡策略及比亚迪在这方面的具体实现和效果分析。通过案例分析与数据对比,展示比亚迪电动汽车BMS的应用成果和优化设计带来的经济效益。该研究对推动电动汽车行业的发展,提升电池管理系统的技术水平具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。The optimal design and energy balancing strategy of electric vehicle battery management systems(BMS)are of great significance to improving battery performance and extending service life.This paper outlines the basic composition,functions and importance of BMS in electric vehicles,and introduces the technical characteristics of BYD BMS in detail,focusing on the optimization design of BYD BMS in terms of sensor accuracy and data acquisition,algorithm optimization,and hardware design reliability and durability.The paper studies the two energy balance strategies of active balance and passive balance,as well as BYD's specific implementation and effect analysis in this regard.Through case analysis and data comparison,this paper demonstrates the application results and economic benefits brought by the optimized design of BYD electric vehicle BMS.This research has important practical significance and theoretical value for promoting the development of the electric vehicle industry and improving the technical level of battery management systems.
