摘 要:烟叶装箱系统是烟草制丝环节的重要设备,其重量预测对于保证烟叶质量和生产效率具有重要意义。该文针对烟叶装箱系统重量预测的难点和挑战,提出一种基于动态算法的重量预测方法。该方法综合考虑烟叶装箱系统的工作原理和流程、环境因素和干扰因素等多方面因素,建立烟叶装箱系统重量动态预测算法的数学模型,并采用一种高效的求解方法,设计并实现该算法,在实际生产数据上进行测试和评估,结果表明,该算法具有较高的预测精度和稳定性,能够有效地提高烟叶装箱系统的重量控制水平。The tobacco baling system is an important equipment in the tobacco cutting process,and its weight prediction is of great significance for ensuring the quality and production efficiency of tobacco leaves.This paper proposes a weight prediction method based on a dynamic algorithm for the tobacco baling system,which comprehensively considers various factors such as the working principle and process of the tobacco baling system,environmental factors and interference factors,etc.A mathematical model of the weight dynamic prediction algorithm for the tobacco baling system is established,and an efficient solution method is adopted.This paper designs and implements the algorithm,and tests and evaluates it on actual production data.The results show that the algorithm has high prediction accuracy and stability,and can effectively improve the weight control level of the tobacco baling system,providing a new technical support for the tobacco cutting process.
