摘 要:随着全球对环境保护和低碳减排要求的日益提高,传统矿物油电抗器在维护难度、环境适应、安全隐患等方面面临着严峻挑战。天然酯作为可再生、环保的绝缘介质,逐渐受到研究者和电力行业的关注,研发应用具有绿色低碳、节能高效、安全可靠的天然酯绝缘油电抗器具有重要意义。该文聚焦天然酯绝缘油电抗器,首先围绕绕组、铁芯、储油柜、冷却装置等核心部件,从材料选择、结构改进、工艺提升等角度提出优化设计方案,然后对其整体散热性、绝缘性、环保性、安全性进行综合评估,最后针对实际应用与发展前景进行论述,旨在为天然酯绝缘油电抗器的推广和应用提供科学有效的理论依据和技术支持。With the increasing global requirements for environmental protection and low-carbon emission reduction,traditional mineral oil reactors are facing severe challenges in terms of maintenance difficulty,environmental adaptation,and safety hazards.As a renewable and environmentally friendly insulating medium,natural ester has gradually attracted the attention of researchers and the power industry.It is of great significance to develop and apply natural ester insulating oil reactors that are green,low-carbon,energy-saving,efficient,safe and reliable.This paper focuses on natural ester insulated oil reactors.First,this paper focuses on core components such as windings,iron cores,oil conservators,and cooling devices of the natural ester insulating oil,and proposes optimal design plans from the perspectives of material selection,structural improvement,and process improvement.Then,its overall heat dissipation and insulation are comprehensively evaluated,environmental protection and safety are comprehensively evaluated,and finally the practical application and development prospects are discussed,aiming to provide scientific and effective theoretical basis and technical support for the promotion and application of natural ester insulated oil reactors.
