基于赋能理论的健康教育结合叙事护理在老年继发性癫痫患者中的应用效果

摘  要:目的探讨基于赋能理论的健康教育结合叙事护理在老年继发性癫痫患者中的应用效果。方法以2021年6月至2023年6月于聊城市第四人民医院就诊的108例老年继发性癫痫患者为研究对象,按抽签法将其分入对照组和观察组。对照组54例患者施以常规护理,观察组54例患者在对照组干预方法的基础上施以基于赋能理论的健康教育结合叙事护理。比较2组的癫痫发作次数、癫痫持续时间、简明心境量表(POMS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、癫痫患者生活质量评定量表(QOLIE-31)评分及纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)评分。结果观察组在干预3个月内的癫痫发作次数少于对照组,癫痫持续时间短于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预1个月及3个月后,2组的POMS和PSQI评分均低于入院时,QOLIE-31评分均高于入院时(P均<0.05),观察组的以上评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组在护理服务总满意率方面的表现比对照组更佳(P<0.05)。结论基于赋能理论的健康教育结合叙事护理应用于老年继发性癫痫患者,可降低疾病发作频率,缩短发病时间,减轻负面情绪,提高睡眠质量和生活质量,且有助于改善护理服务满意程度。Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on empowerment theory combined with narrative nursing in elderly patients with secondary epilepsy.Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with secondary epilepsy who received treatment in the Fourth Peoples Hospital of Liaocheng from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots.Fifty-four patients in the control group received routine nursing,while fifty-four patients in the observation group received health education based on empowerment theory combined with narrative nursing on the basis of intervention methods in the control group.The seizure frequency,duration,Brief Profile of Mood States(POMS)scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,Quality of Life in Epilepsy(QOLIE-31)scores,and Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had fewer epileptic seizures and shorter seizure duration than the control group within 3 months of intervention(both P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the POMS and PSQI scores of both groups were lower than those at admission,and the QOLIE-31 scores of both groups were higher than those at admission(all P<0.05).The above scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the same time(all P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of health education based on empowerment theory and narrative nursing for elderly patients with secondary epilepsy can reduce the frequency of disease attacks, shorten the onset time, alleviate negative emotions, improve sleep quality and quality of life,and help improve satisfaction with nursing services.
