中西医护理策略改善神经根型颈椎病颈肩痛患者相关症状的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医护理策略改善神经根型颈椎病颈肩痛患者相关症状的效果。方法选择2019年6月至2023年7月期间广东省第二中医院收治的90例神经根型颈椎病颈肩痛患者,使用随机数字表法均分为2组,每组45例。其中,对照组患者实施西医护理,在此基础上,观察组患者实施中医护理。比较2组患者的颈肩疼痛程度及颈椎功能障碍、颈椎活动度、不良情绪以及护理有效率。结果干预15 d后,观察组的颈肩视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均相对低于对照组,颈椎侧屈、旋转、前屈及后伸角度均相对大于对照组(P均<0.05);2组的上述指标和评分均相对优于干预前(P均<0.05)。干预15 d后,观察组的护理总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将中西医护理策略应用于神经根型颈椎病颈肩痛患者具有一定的治疗效果,可以减轻疼痛程度,改善颈椎功能、负面情绪和颈椎活动度,且提高护理有效率。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing strategies on improving the symptoms associated with neck and shoulder pain in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Ninety patients with neck and shoulder pain caused by cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were recruited from Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between June 2019 and July 2023.They were divided into two groups using a random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received western medicine nursing,while the observation group additionally received traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The intensity of neck and shoulder pain,cervical dysfunction,cervical spine range of motion,negative emotions,and nursing effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 days of intervention,the scores of the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Neck Disability Index(NDI),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ranges of motion of cervical lateral flexion,rotation,flexion,and extension were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The above indicators and scores of both groups were better than those before intervention(all P<0.05).After 15 days of intervention,the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing strategies in patients with neck and shoulder pain caused by cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a certain therapeutic effect,which can reduce the intensity of pain,improve the cervical function,negative emotions,cervical spine range of motion,and nursing effectiveness.
