基于整体护理理念的个性化护理在骨质疏松症老年患者护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年骨质疏松症患者施以基于整体护理理念的个性化护理的作用。方法对2022年4月至2023年4月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的80例老年骨质疏松症患者进行前瞻性研究,按1∶1比例随机分入对照组和观察组。对照组施以常规护理,观察组采取基于整体护理理念的个性化护理。比较2组的护理效果。结果护理第2天、护理第3天以及护理7 d后,观察组的视觉模拟量表评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。护理7 d后,观察组的心理、躯体、认知以及社会功能4项评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。护理第3天和护理7 d后,观察组的跌倒效能评分均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论对老年骨质疏松症患者采取以整体护理理念为基础的个性化护理,能有效促进老年患者跌倒效能和生活质量的提高,缓解其疼痛程度。Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing based on holistic nursing concept for elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 80 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to Zhongshan Hospital,Xiamen University from April 2022 to April 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group in a 1∶1 ratio.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received individualized nursing based on the concept of holistic nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results On the 2nd,3rd,and 7th day of nursing,the Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).After 7 days of nursing,the psychological,physical,cognitive and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).On the 3rd day and 7th day of nursing,the fall efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting individualized nursing based on the concept of holistic nursing for elderly patients with osteoporosis can effectively promote the improvement of their fall efficiency and quality of life,and relieve the degree of pain.
