摘  要:目的考察术前宣教结合量化评估分级护理对中青年骨折患者康复质量、应激指标及并发症的影响。方法选取2022年11月至2023年11月在盐城市第一人民医院行手术治疗的100例骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组给予术前宣教结合量化评估分级护理。比较2组的术后相关指标等。结果观察组的住院时间和首次下床时间均短于或早于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。组间抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分和皮质醇水平经比较,观察组在术后1 d和出院前1 d均优于对照组;组内比较,2组在出院前1 d均优于术前1 d和术后1 d,在术后1 d均优于术前1 d,上述比较均有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。术后1个月和2个月,观察组的日常生活能力量表和功能独立性量表评分均高于对照组,且2组均高于术前1 d;术后2个月,2组均高于术后1个月,上述比较均有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论术前宣教结合量化评估分级护理可改善中青年骨折患者的生活质量和功能独立性,加速其术后康复,减轻其负性心理状态和应激反应,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative education combined with quantitative assessment of grading nursing on the rehabilitation quality,stress index and complications of young and middle-aged patients with fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with fracture who underwent surgical treatment at the Yancheng NO.1 Peoples Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing methods,and the observation group received preoperative education combined with quantitative assessment of grading nursing.The postoperative indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time and the first time of getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter or earlier than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).After comparing the scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,and cortisol levels between groups,the observation group showed better results than the control group at 1 day after surgery and 1 day before discharge.Within the group comparison,both groups showed better results at 1 day before discharge compared to 1 day before and after surgery,and the results at 1 day after surgery were better than those at 1 day before surgery,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).At 1 month and 2 months after surgery,the scores of the daily living ability scale and Functional Independence Measure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the above scores in both groups were higher than those at 1 day before surgery. At 2 months after surgery, the above scores ofboth groups were higher than 1 month after surgery, and the above comparisons had statisticaldifferences ( all P < 0. 05 ) .
