摘　　要：回顾性分析并总结1例急性心力衰竭(简称“心衰”)合并肺栓塞行右下肢深静脉血栓滤器植入术患者的临床资料及护理方法。患者经过急性心衰急性期护理、急性心衰稳定期护理、肺栓塞急性期护理、肺栓塞护理、滤器植入术后护理、叙事式心理护理和并发症预防等干预后,下肢肿胀明显减轻,呼吸困难、胸闷等症状获得改善,生命体征平稳,顺利出院。To retrospectively analyze and summarize the clinical data and nursing methods of a patient with acute heart failure complicated with pulmonary embolism who underwent right lower extremity deep vein thrombosis filter implantation surgery.After interventions such as acute phase care for acute heart failure,stable phase care for acute heart failure,acute phase care for pulmonary embolism,pulmonary embolism care,postoperative care for filter implantation,narrative psychological care,and prevention of complications,the patients lower limb swelling was significantly reduced,symptoms such as dyspnea and chest tightness were improved,and vital signs were stable,and the patient was discharged successfully.
