微细粒复杂难选铅锌矿浮选工艺研究

摘  要:云南某硫化铅锌矿中,铅锌矿物与脉石矿物共生关系复杂,嵌布粒度较细,两种目的矿物解离度极为接近,采用优先浮选流程,用ZnSO_(4)与YG-1和YG-N127^(#)组合作锌抑制剂,铅粗精矿再磨至-0.038mm占90%后经两次精选,铅精矿中锌的互含降至2.18%,为实际生产提供了技术解决方案。In a certain lead-zinc sulfide mine in Yunnan Province,the paragenetic relationship between lead-zinc minerals and gangue minerals is complex,and the dissemination grain size is relatively fine.The liberation degrees of the two target minerals are extremely close.The preferential flotation process,using ZnSO_(4),in combination with YG-1 and YG-N127^(#) as zinc depressants.After the lead rougher concentrate was re-ground to 90%passing-400 mesh and subjected to two cleaning processes,the mutual content of zinc in the lead concentrate was reduced to 2.18%,providing a technical solution for actual production.
