摘 要:以某高硫铁锰矿为研究对象,采用X射线荧光光谱分析和光学显微镜分析等手段研究了铁锰矿石的矿物组成、锰物相分布、主要元素赋存形态以及重要矿物嵌布特征,并在此基础上开展了脱硫选矿试验研究,研究结果表明:原矿主要有用矿物为磁铁矿、硫锰矿,主要脉石矿物为方解石、金云母、石英,Mn含量为15.64%、Fe含量为38.64%、S含量为11.09%,采用铅硫等可浮选—铅硫分离—硫浮选工艺流程,可获得硫精矿合计含S29.80%,含Mn21.06%,含Fe32.21%,S回收率达80.44%,Mn回收率达42.17%,Fe回收率达29.18%,可为同类型铁锰矿脱硫提供参考。This study focuses on a high-sulfur iron-manganese ore.The mineral composition,manganese phase distribution,primary elemental forms,and important mineral embedding characteristics of the ore were investigated by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and optical microscopy.Based on these findings,The desulfurization flotation tests were conducted.The results showed that the main valuable minerals in the raw ore are magnetite and sulfur manganese ore,while the primary gangue minerals are calcite,biotite,and quartz.The ore contains 15.64%Mn,38.64%Fe,and 11.09%S.By employing a flotation process involving lead sulfide floatation,lead sulfide separation,and sulfur flotation,we achieved a combined sulfur concentrate with 29.80%S,21.06%Mn,and 32.21%Fe.The recovery rates were 80.44%for sulfur,42.17%for manganese,and 29.18%for iron.The results can serve as a reference for desulfurizing similar types of iron-manganese ores.
