摘  要:传统湿法炼锌工艺中,硫化锌精矿经过高温焙烧后,产出的混合焙砂含有少量的硫酸盐用于满足湿法浸出工序对系统酸根平衡补充的需求,但当硫酸盐含量过高时,将引起酸根失衡进而破坏系统稳定运行,而烟尘中的硫酸盐占混合焙砂硫酸盐的比例超过75%。文章通过提高焙烧炉稳定运行,提高炉气出口温度,优化配料管理等措施,烟尘可溶硫从2%降到1.6%左右,为湿法系统酸根平衡和降低污酸处理成本提供了有力保障。In the traditional wet zinc smelting process,after high-temperature roasting of zinc sulfide concentrate,the produced mixed roasted sand contains a small amount of sulfate to meet the demand for acid balance supplementation in the wet leaching process.However,when the sulfate content is too high,it will cause acid imbalance and disrupt the stable operation of the system.The proportion of sulfate in the smoke and dust exceeds 75%of the mixed roasted sand sulfate.This article proposes measures such as improving the stable operation of the roasting furnace,increasing the outlet temperature of the furnace gas,and optimizing the batching management.As a result,the soluble sulfur in the smoke and dust has been reduced from 2%to about 1.6%,providing strong support for the acid balance of the wet process system and reducing the cost of acid treatment.
