摘 要:铜火法冶炼过程中,含硫火法精炼烟气与环集烟气由于成分、温度存在周期性差异,精炼环集烟气与主烟气混合后存在温度低、易结露腐蚀的现象,对后续收尘装置产生较大的负面影响。本文基于火法精炼烟气和环集烟气的参数和典型特征进行分析,提出常规金属滤袋除尘技术,以提升收尘装置的效率及使用寿命。通过对烟气管道结构优化、收尘装置前置等方案提升金属滤袋除尘技术的效用性。In the copper pyrometallurgical smelting process,the sulfur-containing pyrometallurgical refining flue gas and ring set flue gas have periodic differences in composition and temperature,and the refining ring set flue gas mixed with the main flue gas has the phenomenon of low temperature and easy to condense and corrode,which has a large negative impact on the subsequent dust collection device.In this paper,based on the analysis of the parameters and typical characteristics of fire refining flue gas and ring collection flue gas,the conventional metal filter bag dust removal technology is proposed to improve the efficiency and service life of the dust collection device.The utility of metal filter bag dedusting technology is enhanced through the optimisation of the flue gas pipeline structure,the front of the dust collection device and other solutions.
