摘 要:采用高真空电子束炉熔炼四次获得RRR值大于400的高纯铌铸锭,研究了熔炼次数对其化学成分、硬度和RRR值的影响规律。研究结果表明,经一次电子束熔炼后,间隙杂质元素(C、H、O、N)的含量急剧减少,饱和蒸气压较高的Ti、Fe、Si、Ni金属杂质元素去除率分别为96.3%、97.8%、95.5%、98.2%,饱和蒸气压较小的W和Ta金属杂质元素含量随着熔炼次数的增加而提高,经四次熔炼后W和Ta元素的含量分别增加了78.6%和54.2%。经四次熔炼后,硬度由133HV降低到52HV,RRR值从17提高到412。The high purity niobium ingot with RRR value more than 400 was prepared by high vacuum electron beam furnace after four melts.Effects of the melting times on chemical composition,hardness and RRR values were systematically investigated.The results suggested that after one melt,the content of interstitial impurities,such as C,H,O and N,can reduce dramatically,and the removal rates of Ti,Fe,Si and Ni metal impurities which have high vapor pressures are 96.3%,97.8%,95.5%and 98.2%,respectively.The contents of low vapor pressures metal impurities,such as W and Ta,increase with the increase of melting times.After four melts,the contents of W and Ta impurities increase by 78.6%and 54.2%,in the meanwhile,the hardness values decrease from 113HV to 57HV and the RRR values increase from 17 to 412.
