铜基涂锡焊带中锡铅质量含量比测试方法探究

摘  要:焊带是光伏电池重要组成部分,焊带涂层中锡铅质量百分比是重要质量控制工艺参数。文章探究了不同试样溶解方法对标准溶液制备及样品测试结果的影响。通过对比盐酸/硝酸混合酸溶样法与盐酸/双氧水溶样法对标准曲线的影响,发现盐酸/双氧水制备的标准溶液具有更优的稳定性,常温放置5d后,混酸溶解法制备的锡浓度标准曲线线性相关系数由0.994下降至0.984,铅标准曲线影响可忽略。盐酸/双氧水溶样法同样适用于涂锡焊带中锡铅质量百分比测试。Tin-coated copper ribbon is an important part of photovoltaic cells.The mass ratio of tin and lead in the coating of ribbon is an important process parameter for quality control.This paper explored the influence of different sampling dissolution methods on standard solution preparation and ribbon sample test results.By comparing the effects of HCl/HNO3,mixed acid and HCl/H2O_(2) dissolution method on the standard curve,it was found that the standard solution prepared by HCl/H2O_(2) had better stability.After placing the solution at room temperature for 5 days,the correlation coefficient of tin standard curve decreased from 0.994 to 0.984 when the standard solution dissolved by mixed acid,while the influence on lead standard curve could be ignored.HCl/H2O_(2) dissolution method is also suitable for the test of tin-lead mass ratio of tin-coated copper ribbon.
