摘 要:文章试料经氯酸钾、硝酸、氟化氢铵等溶剂分解,利用试料中含有的铁和加入的一定量的镧,在氨性介质中,氢氧化镧和氢氧化铁沉淀共沉淀砷、锑和铋与铜基体分离。沉淀以热盐酸溶解,分取部分溶液,加入抗坏血酸预还原,以硫脲掩蔽残存的铜和铁。在氢化物发生器中,三价砷、锑和铋被硼氢化钾还原为氢化物,用氩气导入石英炉原子化器中,以空心阴极灯作光源,于原子荧光光谱仪上测定其荧光强度。本方法测定范围为0.01%~0.5%。该方法,测定范围广,试剂消耗少,易操作,测定结果稳定性和准确性好,适用于铜渣精矿中砷、锑、铋元素的日常分析,该方法可推荐为国家标准。In this paper,the sample was decomposed by potassium chlorate,nitric acid,ammonium hydrogen fluoride and other solvents.By using the iron contained in the sample and a certain amount of lanthanum added,arsenic,antimony and bismuth were separated from the copper matrix by precipitation of lanthanum hydroxide and iron hydroxide in ammonia medium.Dissolve the precipitate in hot hydrochloric acid,separate part of the solution,add ascorbic acid for pre-reduction,and cover the remaining copper and iron with thiourea.In hydride generator,trivalent arsenic,antimony and bismuth were reduced to hydride by potassium borohydride,and argon was introduced into Shi Ying furnace atomizer,and the fluorescence intensity was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometer with hollow cathode lamp as light source.The determination range of this method is 0.01%~0.5%.This method has the advantages of wide determination range,less reagent consumption,easy operation,good stability and accuracy of determination results,and is suitable for daily analysis of arsenic,antimony and bismuth in copper slag concentrate.This method can be recommended as a national standard.
