稀土富集物中间产物镨钕的测定

摘  要:镨、钕作为应用比较广泛的稀土元素,其准确测定对于稀土富集物的生产和质量控制至关重要。采用X射线荧光光谱法,通过优化试验条件,包括熔剂选择、熔融温度和时间等,提高了测定的准确性和精密度。对稀土富集物中间产物样品重复测定10次,镨的含量为1.853%,相对标准偏差为0.810%;钕的含量为5.344%,相对标准偏差为1.368%。简便、快速、准确地测定稀土富集物中间产物中的稀土含量,是解决稀土产品紧缺,加快生产各个领域的稀土产品的有效途径。Pr and Nd,as rare earth elements with relatively wide applications,their accurate determination is crucial for the production and quality control of rare earth.By using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and optimizing experimental conditions,including flux selection,fusion temperature and time,the accuracy and precision of the determination were improved.Intermediate product samples of rare earth concentrate were repeatedly measured 10 times,with Pr content of 1.853%and relative standard deviation of 0.810%;Nd content of 5.344%and relative standard deviation of 1.368%.The simple,rapid and accurate determination of rare earth content in intermediate products of rare earth concentrate is an effective way to solve the shortage of rare earth products and accelerate the production of rare earth in various fields.
