内蒙古牧区增进民生福祉路径研究

摘　　要：民生福祉关系到人民的切身利益和社会的稳定发展,内蒙古牧区民生福祉是国家民生工作的重要环节。基于2018—2022年内蒙古牧区的统计数据,采用对比分析法,结合文献资料,系统分析了收入、教育、医疗、社会保障、生活条件等因素对增进民生福祉的影响。研究认为,优化收入分配结构,优先发展教育事业,加强医疗体系建设,建立健全完整的社会保障体系,改善牧区居民生活条件,是增进内蒙古牧区居民福祉的有效路径。The well-being of people is related to the vital interests of the people and the stable development of the society,and the well-being of the people's livelihood in the pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia is an important link of the national livelihood work.Based on the statistical data of Inner Mongolia pastoral areas from 2018 to 2022,this paper systematically analyzes the impact of income,education,medical care,social security,living conditions and other factors on improving people's well-being by using comparative analysis and literature.It is concluded that optimizing the income distribution structure,giving priority to the development of education,strengthening the construction of medical system,establishing and improving the complete social security system,and improving the living conditions of residents in pastoral areas are the effective ways to improve the well-being of residents in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia.
