摘  要:为探究不同植物激素对丹参叶片离体培养再生体系的影响,以MS为基础培养基,通过添加不同浓度的6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、激动素(KT)及吲哚丁酸(IBA),分析不同激素对丹参叶片愈伤组织、不定芽及根的诱导情况.结果表明:在愈伤组织诱导试验中,MS+1.5mg/mL 6-BA(A4)培养基对丹参愈伤组织诱导效果最好,诱导率为86.6%;在丹参不定芽诱导试验中,MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA(D2)培养基对丹参不定芽诱导效果最好,诱导率为88.3%;在丹参不定根诱导试验中,1/2MS+0.8mg/L IBA+0.05mg/LNAA(E5)培养基诱导出的丹参的根最长和直径最大,以1/2MS培养基+0.4mg/L IBA+0.05mg/LNAA(E3)诱导根数最多.To investigate the effects of different plant hormones on the regeneration system of salvia miltiorrhiza leaves in vitro,an MS-based culture medium was used,and different concentrations of 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA),2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D),kinetin(KT),and indole-3-butyric acid(IBA)were added to analyze the regeneration of salvia miltiorrhiza leaf callus,shoot and root.The results showed that MS+1.5mg/mL 6-BA(A4)medium had the best callus induction effect on salvia miltiorrhiza,the induction rate was 86.6%.In the experiment of advent-bud induction,MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA(D2)medium had the best effect on advent-bud induction,and the induction rate was 88.3%.In the root induction test,it was found that 1/2 ms+0.8mg/L IBA+0.05mg/L NAA(E5)medium induced the longest and largest root diameter,and 1/2 ms medium+0.4mg/L IBA+0.05mg/L NAA(E3)induced the largest number of roots.
