摘 要:使用高导热的鳞片石墨为填充材料,与铝基体制备高导热性能的复合材料,用ABAQUS对鳞片石墨在基体中的形状分布规律、排列位置与体积分数、石墨形状、热流通道进行模拟分析。结果表明:当复合材料中鳞片石墨体积分数为15%且石墨片长轴与厚度之比大于4时,复合材料有较高的导热系数;随着石墨片长径比增加复合材料的热膨胀性能先增加后下降,但对整个复合材料的影响较小;建立石墨片含量为25%且长短轴之比分别为1、2、3、6的四种模型,复合材料的导热性能随着鳞片石墨长短轴之比先增加后下降,在长短轴之比为3~5时有较高的导热系数;整齐连续的热流通道能够传递更多的热量,但是抵消热应力的能力较差。The scaled graphite with high thermal conductivity was used as the filling material,and thecomposite material with high thermal conductivity was prepared with aluminum matrix.ABAQUS was used to analyze the shape distribution pattern,arrangement position and volume fraction,graphite shape and heat flow channel.The simulation results show that when the volume fraction of scaly graphite in the composite material is15% and the ratio of the long axis to the thickness of the graphite sheet is greater than 4,the composite material has a higher thermal conductivity.As the aspect ratio of graphite flakes increases,the thermal expansion performance of the composite material first increases and then decreases,but the impact on the entire composite material is relatively small.Four models with a graphite content of 25% and a ratio of 1,2,3,and 6 between the long and short axes is established.The thermal conductivity of the composite material increases first and then decreases with the ratio of the long and short axes of the flake graphite,and has a higher thermal conductivity when the ratio is between 3 and 5.Neat and continuous heat flow channels can transfer more heat,but their ability to counteract thermal stress is poor.
