摘 要:为了回收含钒磁性料中的钒渣,并能直接用于片状V_(2)O_(5)的生产中,攀钢钛业在炼钢用EBT电炉上探索性地开展了含钒磁性料的熔分试验。含钒磁性料通过EBT电炉熔分后得到[V_(2)O_(5)]含量为11.11%~11.87%的钒渣,钒的回收率达90.40%;减少上一炉的残渣进入,选用含硅量低的废铁料,[FeO]含量维持在37.87%~39.39%之间,可进一步提高渣中V_(2)O_(5)的品位;熔分过程中,炉顶料仓的含钒磁性料加入速度控制在(100~150)kg/min,EBT电炉额外增加输入功率为5340~8010kW,稳定地将炉温控制在1420℃以下。通过EBT电炉熔分含钒磁性料回收其中的钒是可行的。In order to recover vanadium slag from vanadium containing magnetic materials and directly use it in the production of flake V_(2)O_(5),Pangang Titanium Industry has conducted exploratory experiment on smelting separation of vanadium containing magnetic materials in EBT electric arc furnaces for steel-making.Vanadium containing magnetic materials are melted and separated by EBT electric arcfurnace to obtain vanadium slag containing 11.11%~11.87%V_(2)O_(5),with a vanadium recovery rate of 90.40%.By reducing the entry of residue from the previous furnace,scrapiron with low silicon are selected,and the[FeO]content is between 37.87%and39.39%,the grade of V_(2)O_(5)in the slag can be further improved-During the process of melting separation,the speed of adding vanadium containing magnetic materials to the top bin of the furnace is controlled at 100~150 kg/min,and the additional input power of the EBT electricarc furnace is increased to 5340~8010 kW with the furnace temperature below 1420℃.It is practicable to recover vanadium from vanadiumcontaining magnetic materials by melting and separating them inEBT electric arc furnace.
