退火炉控制对高强钢脱锌的影响与优化

摘  要:针对热镀高强钢出现的批量冲压脱锌缺陷,分析了脱锌部位的金属成分,实验了退火参数值对脱锌缺陷的影响。结果表明:冲压脱锌的原因是预氧化层过厚,氧化铁层在退火炉内没有被完全还原,导致在镀锌后的冲压过程中镀层从氧化铁层处脱落。通过优化加湿控制方法、调整退火炉的工艺参数,优化退火炉内加湿露点值、提高过焊缝时炉鼻子内部稳定性等措施,将高强钢冲压脱锌缺陷发生率由1.2%降到0.10%以下,避免了产品批量质量事故的发生。A study was conducted on the batch stamping zinc removal defects in hot-dip high-strength steel,the metal composition of the zinc removal area was analyzed and the effect of annealing parameter values on zinc removal defects was studied.It was found that the reason for stamping zinc removal is that the peroxide layer is too thick,and the iron oxide layer is not completely reduced in the annealing furnace,resulting in the coating falling off from the iron oxide layer during the stamping process after galvanizing.By optimizing the humidification control method,adjusting the process parameters of the annealing furnace,optimizing the dew point value of humidification in the annealing furnace,and improving the internal stability of the furnace nose during welding,the occurrence rate of zinc removal defects in high-strength steel stamping has been reduced from 1.2%to 0.4%,avoiding the occurrence of batch quality accidents.
