摘 要:对直轧的理论基础和研究现状进行了介绍,直轧实现的关键在于提高连铸坯的出坯温度以保证开轧温度;国内多家钢铁企业已经应用了直轧工艺,不仅实现了工序降本,更不同程度地提高了产品性能。结合双高速棒材直轧工艺的应用实例,表明了热应力控制和轧制过程的形变控制仍是目前亟须解决的技术难题,未来直轧工艺将对自动化、智能化、节能减排提出更高的要求。This article introduces the theoretical basis and research status of direct rolling.The key to achieving direct rolling lies in improving the discharge temperature of continuous casting billets and ensuring the opening temperature.Many domestic steel companies have already applied direct rolling technology,which not only reduces process costs but also improves product performance to varying degrees.Combining the application examples of direct rolling technology and double high-speed bar,it is summarized that thermal stress control and deformation control during the rolling process are still urgent technical problems which need to be solved.In the future,direct rolling technology will put forward higher requirements for automation,intelligence,energy conservation and emission reduction.
