摘 要:本文从空间坐标体系、转战布局、坐标计算、坐标系优化、轧制中心线拟合、辅助测量网建立六个关键环节,详细论述了热连轧产线设备空间测量控制体系的建设,并在工业实践中反复验证,通过理论与实践的多轮迭代,形成了适用于热连轧产线的设备空间精度控制方法,在发现设备劣化趋势和预测设备潜在故障方面成效显著,对企业产品质量提升和设备管理能力提升意义重大。In this paper,the construction of space measurement and control system of hot strip mill equipment is discussed in detail from six key links,including space coordinate system,layout,coordinate calculation,coordinate system optimization,rolling center line fitting and auxiliary measurement network,and repeated verification in industrial practice.Through many iterations of theory and practice,a method of equipment space precision control suitable for hot continuous rolling production line is formed,which is effective in finding the tendency of equipment deterioration and predicting the potential failure of equipment,and is of great significance to the improvement of product quality and equipment management capability.
