摘 要:针对通钢设计年处理46万吨热闷渣回收利用加工线改造项目,探究高效提高转炉渣中磁选粉产量和金属回收率技术工艺。通过现场采样检测分析表明:延长钢渣的破碎及研磨时间,可使钢渣粉颗粒更加细小,从而有效提高钢渣中含铁物质的磁选效果;控制磁选辊选料工艺,保证磁选机不粘料且具有稳定的进料量,可进一步提高钢渣的磁选效果;控制转炉吹炼终点氧枪低枪位操作,可有效降低钢渣中铁的氧化含量,进一步提高金属收得率。According to the renovation project of the annual processing capacity of 460000 tons of hot sealed slag recycling and processing line designed by Tonggang,the technology and process of efficiently improving the production of magnetic separation powder and metal recovery rate in converter slag are being carried out.It was found that prolonging the crushing and grinding time of steel slag can make the steel slag powder finer,effectively improving the magnetic separation effect of iron containing substances in steel slag.Also,by controlling the material selection process of the magnetic separation roller,it is ensured that the magnetic separator does not stick to the material and has a stable feed rate,thereby further improving the magnetic separation effect of steel slag.In addition,by accurately controlling the low position of the oxygen lance at the end of the converter blowing process,the oxidation content of iron in the steel slag can be effectively reduced,further improving the metal yield.
