摘 要:2023年1月份高炉与行业先进水平对标,煤比存在40.0~50.0kg/t差距,2~3月份展开煤比攻关。通过采取提高烧结矿转鼓强度、增加富氧率、调整炉料与焦炭结构、强化入炉筛分及优化造渣制度和热制度等措施,最终煤比达到并稳定保持在175.0kg/t,比1月提高22.1kg/t,燃料成本降低56.07元/t,日产增加181.61吨/天,达到了提产降本的目的。In January 2023,the blast furnace was compared with the industry's advanced level,and there was a gap of 40.0~50.0 kg/t in coal ratio.From February to March,the coal ratio research was launched.By taking measures such as increasing the strength of the sintered ore drum,increasing the oxygen enrichment rate,adjusting the structure of the furnace material and coke,strengthening the screening of the furnace,and optimizing the slag and thermal systems,the final coal ratio reached and remained stable at 175.0 kg/t with an increase of 22.1 kg/t compared with that in January,a reduction of 56.07/t in fuel costs,and a daily output increase of 181.61 tons/day,achieving the goal of increasing production and reducing costs.
