旅游发展对城市土地绿色利用效率的影响分析——基于278个城市数据的实证研究

摘　　要：旅游业进入高质量发展阶段,不仅为经济增长赋能,还将助力提高资源的利用效率。文章基于2002-2022年278个城市的面板数据,通过使用双向固定效应模型、双重差分法等探究了旅游发展对城市土地绿色利用效率的影响。研究发现:1)旅游发展能够显著促进城市土地绿色利用效率的提升;2)产业结构升级在旅游发展促进城市土地绿色利用效率的过程中起到了部分中介作用;3)相比于非中心城市,中心城市旅游发展对土地绿色利用效率的促进作用更大;4)城市拥有旅游示范区时,会强化旅游发展对土地绿色利用效率的促进效果。基于研究发现,文章提出深刻认识旅游产业对提升土地绿色利用效率的重要作用并将其纳入城市发展的战略规划,注重产业结构优化升级、提高产业结构的合理化和高级化程度,加强对旅游示范区的建设和管理等建议。Tourism has entered the stage of high-quality development,not only driving economic growth,but also contributing to the improvement of resource utilization efficiency.Based on the panel data of 278 cities from 2002 to 2022,this study explores the impact of tourism development on green utilization efficiency of urban land by employing methods such as the two-way fixed effects model and difference-indifferences approach.The findings show that:1)Tourism development can significantly promote the green utilization efficiency of urban land;2)The upgrading of the industrial structure partially mediates the relationship between tourism development and improvements in urban land green utilization efficiency;3)Compared with non-central cities,tourism development in central cities has a greater positive impact on the promotion of urban land green utilization efficiency;4)The presence of tourism demonstration zones in a city strengthens the positive effect of tourism development on urban land green utilization efficiency.Based on these findings,the paper highlights the critical role of the tourism industry in improving land green utilization efficiency and advocates for incorporating this consideration into urban development strategies.Recommendations include optimizing and upgrading industrial structures,enhancing the rationalization and sophistication of these structures,and reinforcing the construction and management of tourism demonstration zones.
