摘 要:本文采用层次分析方法,构建了智能制造企业数字化运维的竞争力评价模型,该模型考虑了多个关键因素,如生产效率、产品质量、供应链管理等。通过层次结构分析和权重计算,为企业提供了一个全面而准确的竞争力评估框架。在模型建立过程中,选择了一系列合适的评估指标来衡量企业的竞争力,这些指标能够全面、客观地反映企业的数字化运维水平和竞争力,该竞争力评估模型适用于各类智能制造企业,不受行业和规模的限制,无论是传统制造企业还是新兴制造企业,都可以利用该模型评估自身的数字化运维竞争力,为企业的发展提供参考和指导。This paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to construct a competitiveness evaluation model for digital operation and maintenance of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.The model considers multiple key factors,such as production efficiency,product quality,supply chain management,etc.Through hierarchical structure analysis and weight calculation,it provides a comprehensive and accurate competitiveness evaluation framework for enterprises.In the process of model establishment,a series of suitable evaluation indicators are selected to measure the competitiveness of enterprises.These indicators can comprehensively and objectively reflect the level and competitiveness of digital operation and maintenance of enterprises.The competitiveness evaluation model is applicable to all types of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,regardless of industry and scale.Both traditional manufacturing enterprises and emerging manufacturing enterprises can use this model to evaluate their own digital operation and maintenance competitiveness,providing reference and guidance for the development of enterprises.
