摘 要:为了给电爆炸分离点火装置设计提供参考,搭建了爆炸丝电爆炸发火模型,选取了铜、镍、钨、铝、钛五种爆炸桥丝与点火药组成的发火件为研究对象,通过仿真软件得到了不同材料、不同尺寸、不同初始电压下金属丝的电流、电压、功率、沉积能量曲线,最后通过试验研究各种爆炸丝在一定距离下点燃点火药的发火情况。研究结果表明:铜丝、铝丝、镍丝、钛丝和钨丝均能发生电爆炸,产生冲击波并伴随光辐射。非难熔金属和难熔金属光强存在差异,钛丝光强最强,采用电阻和热容小的金属作为爆炸丝,对提高温升更加有利。其它条件相同情况下,直径为0.1 mm的铜丝能更好地点燃黑火药。In order to lay the foundation for the separate ignition design of electric explosive device,the electric explosion ignition model of explosive wire was built,and the ignition parts composed of copper,nickel,tungsten,aluminum and titanium were selected as the research object.the current,voltage,power and deposition energy curves of metal wires under different materials,different sizes and different initial voltages are obtained by simulation software.Finally,the ignition of ignition powder ignited by all kinds of explosive wires at a certain distance is studied by experiments.The results show that all kinds of wire can produce electrical explosion in the air and produce shock wave accompanied by thermal radiation.However,there is a significant difference in ignition characteristics between non-refractory metals and refractory metals.The structure separated by wire and pyrotechnics can reliably ignite the ignition powder,and the farthest distance of the ignition powder can reach 4 mm by further controlling the ignition distance.
