摘　　要：本文采用Python语言,对链家网的长沙二手房进行数据采集,并利用PyECharts工具,对采集得到的数据进行可视化分析。可视化分析得到的结果,直观地展示了当地二手房的商圈分布最多在金星北,户型大多数是3室2厅,并且精装房占比最大,以此为未来的购房者提供了一定程度上的便利和帮助。In today's real estate market,second-hand housing has become a focal point for people.This paper uses Python language to collect data on second-hand housing in Changsha from Lianjia Network,and uses PyECharts tool to visually analyze the collected data.The results obtained from the visual analysis intuitively show that the commercial districts of second-hand housing in the local area are most distributed in Jinxingbei(the north of Venus),with most of the unit types being 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms,and the proportion of furnished housing is the highest.This study provides a certain degree of convenience and assistance for future homebuyers.
