疏水改性纸基功能材料的制备及其机械性能的研究

摘  要:利用十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)对纸基材料进行疏水改性,比较改性处理对材料疏水性和机械性能的影响。研究结果表明,OTS质量浓度为5%,浸泡时间为20min的条件下能够显著提升材料的疏水性能,最大接触角达到126.9°。表面形貌分析表明,OTS改性后的纸张表面形成具有疏水官能团的小颗粒,纸基材料的疏水性增强,产生荷叶效应。OTS改性对纸张抗张力的影响并不显著,但对耐折度有一定程度的提升。Hydrophobic modification of paper-based materials was carried out using octadecyltrichlorosilane(OTS),and the effects of the modification treatment on the hydrophobicity and mechanical properties of the materials were compared.The research results show that under the conditions of 5%OTS mass concentration and soaking time of 20 min,the hydrophobic performance of the material can be significantly improved,with the maximum contact angle reaching 126.9°.Surface morphology analysis indicates that after OTS modification,small particles with hydrophobic functional groups are formed on the surface of the paper,enhancing the hydrophobicity of the paper-based material and generating a lotus leaf effect.The OTS treatment has no significant effect on the tensile strength of the paper,but it has a certain degree of improvement on its folding endurance.
