摘 要:脱落酸(ABA)作为一种抑制生长的植物激素,不仅可以调节植物逆境胁迫,还能调控果实成熟和品质形成。在呼吸跃变型果实成熟中普遍认为乙烯更为关键,但果实成熟是由多种激素共同作用而非单一激素调控。ABA在乙烯作用之前产生并诱导乙烯生物合成进而促进呼吸跃变型果实成熟,也可以直接促进跃变型果实成熟。该研究综述了ABA与乙烯及其转录因子在呼吸跃变型果实成熟之间的相互关系,进一步阐明ABA对呼吸跃变型果实成熟的分子机制的调控,以期为未来的研究提供参考依据。Abscisic acid(ABA)as a growth-inhibiting plant hormone,can not only regulate plant stress stress,but also regulate fruit ripening and quality formation.Ethylene is generally considered to be more critical in fruit ripening in respiratory leaps,but fruit ripening is regulated by a combination of hormones rather than a single hormone.ABA is produced before ethylene and induces ethylene biosynthesis to promote the ripening of respiration leap fruits,and can also directly promote the ripening of leap fruits.In this study,the relationship between ABA and ethylene and its transcription factors in the ripening of respiration leap fruits was reviewed,further elucidated the molecular mechanism of ABA on the ripening of respiration leap fruits,in order to provide a reference for future research.
