摘　　要：经过多年的实践经验,探索出一套在北方地区利用保温性能好的设施抢早栽培羊肚菌的技术。该研究介绍了设施条件、栽培季节、品种选择、栽培流程等环节的技术要点,以期解决春节前羊肚菌鲜菇的市场紧俏局面,提高种植效益。After years of practical experience,a set of techniques for early cultivation of morel mushrooms in northern regions using facilities with good insulation performance was explored.The technical points of facility conditions,cultivation seasons,variety selection,cultivation processes,and other aspects were introduced,in order to solve the tight market situation of fresh morel mushrooms before the Spring Festival and improve planting efficiency.
