摘 要:当前,越来越多的储能设备被投资建设且并入电网,用以提高电网的运行灵活性,帮助消纳更多新能源。由于增加储能设备需投入相应的建设成本,可研究其他形式的已有储能资源开发途径,以作为补充。随着研究的深入,电力系统与其他形式能源系统的联合运行开始被重视,其系统内部相应储能资源的开发成为可能。文章聚焦供热系统中管网虚拟储能开发的相关问题,分多个部分进行研究。在理论基础部分,从原理上论证了开发供热管网虚拟储能并使其参与系统调度的可行性。在技术部分,分析了开发利用虚拟储能的技术难点及相应的措施建议。文章针对在实际中开发利用虚拟储能可能遇到的机制问题,从宏观政策支持、系统间数据通信、市场价格机制、市场代理模式方面进行了分析,并给出了相应的对策建议。At present,more and more energy storage devices are being invested in and integrated into the power grid,to improve its operational flexibility and help accommodate more new energy.Since increasing energy storage device requires construction cost,other forms of existing energy storage resource development approaches can be studied as supplements.With the deepening of research,the joint operation of power system and other forms of energy systems has begun to be valued,and the development of the energy storage resources within the system has been possible.This paper focuses on the problems related to the development of pipeline network virtual energy storage in heating system,and is divided into multiple parts of research.In the part of theoretical foundation,the feasibility of developing heating pipeline virtual energy storage and involving it in system scheduling was theoretically demonstrated.In the part of technical analysis,the technical difficulties and corresponding measure suggestions for developing and utilizing virtual energy storage were analyzed.Afterwards,an analysis was conducted on the mechanism problems that may arise in the development and utilization of virtual energy storage in practice,including macro policy support,data communication among systems,market price mechanism,and market agency modes.Then,the corresponding measures and suggestions were provided.
