摘  要:随着我国城市化进程不断加快,人们对建筑物舒适度的要求不断提高,大型公用建筑能耗强度较高,其供冷供热能耗占总能耗近60%。“双碳”目标提出后,降低公用建筑能耗是建筑节能和绿色建筑实施的必经之路。文章以冬冷夏热地区某新建医院为例,对其采暖制冷负荷进行模拟分析,根据负荷需求,结合区域供能特点,采用光伏+地源热泵,结合区域供热和绿电,配置了适用于冬冷夏热地区的多能协同冷热联供系统。该系统不仅具有良好的节能降碳优势,与常规“水冷机组+燃气锅炉”供能相比,还具有明显的经济效益。在冬冷夏热地区大型公共项目中具有一定的推广意义。With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in our country,requirements for building comfort level are constantly increasing.Large public buildings have a higher energy consumption intensity,the cooling and heating energy consumption accounts for nearly 60%of the total energy consumption.After the“dual carbon”target was proposed,reducing the energy consumption of public buildings is a necessary path for building energy conservation and green building implementation.This article takes a newly building hospital in a cold winter and hot summer area as an example to simulate and analyze its heating and cooling load.Based on the load demanding and the characteristics of regional energy supplying,a photovoltaic+ground source heat pump system is adopted,combined with regional heating and green electricity,to configure a multi energy collaborative cold and heat supply system suitable for cold winter and hot summer areas.This system not only has good energy-saving and carbon reduction advantages,but also has significant economic benefits compared to conventional“water-cooled units+gas boilers”for energy supply.It has certain promotional significance in large-scale public projects in cold winter and hot summer areas.
