摘 要:为了提升离网条件下的风光储氢系统经济性和新能源利用率,合理制定多目标下的系统日前调度计划,文章提出了一种基于期望点容差度量的优化方法。首先,基于离网风光储氢系统结构以及各子系统的运行约束,建立包含系统净运行成本和新能源消纳的多目标优化数学模型;其次,引入期望点和容差概念,将多个优化目标函数转变为多个不等式约束并定义容差度量函数,将多目标问题转变为单一优化目标问题,利用Yalmip求解器对模型进行求解;最后,基于离网下风光储氢系统的仿真算例进行方法验证和核心参数讨论,结果表明,所提方法保证了推荐的优化调度方案在帕累托前沿上,兼顾了新能源消纳和系统的经济性,证明了方法的有效性,解决了多优化目标问题非支配解的推荐选择问题。To improve the economy and new energy utilization of wind-solar-hydrogen-storage system under off-grid conditions and reasonably formulate the day ahead scheduling of the whole system for the multi-objective condition,an optimization method based on a tolerance metric function of expected point has been proposed in this paper.Firstly,based on the structure of wind-solar-hydrogen-storage system and the operational constraints of each subsystem under off-grid,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model is established,which includes the operating cost of the whole system and the utilization of new energy;Then,the concept of tolerance from expected point has been introduced to transform multiple optimization objective functions into multiple inequality constraints,and a tolerance metric function is defined to transform the multi-objective problem into a single optimization objective problem.The model is solved by the Yalmip solver;Finally,based on simulation of wind-solar-hydrogen-storage system,the proposed method is validated and the key parameters are discussed.Based on the results from the simulation,the proposed method has ensured that the recommended optimization scheduling scheme is on the Pareto front,taking into account both new energy consumption and system economy.The effectiveness of the method has been demonstrated and the selection problem of non-dominated solutions for multi optimization objective problems has been solved.
