摘  要:风电机组塔筒共振问题严重影响机组结构稳定性与寿命,是风电场设计运行的关键所在。文章全面分析大型柔塔振动行为,创新运用快速傅里叶变换(Fast Fourier Transform,FFT),结合先进数据分析方法深入探究。鉴于现代塔筒柔性和高度增加带来的挑战,研究通过实测西、北方向振动数据,利用FFT将时域信号转换为频域成分,精准识别关键共振频率,首次明确其与风轮旋转频率及叶片通过频率的耦合关系,揭示共振诱发机制。基于此,文章提出运行转速动态优化的振动控制策略,能有效避开共振频率范围,降低振动响应。结论表明低风况下共振概率小,风速突增时概率大;额定转速下共振风险低,但应避免长期在10.3 rpm运行。该研究为改善运行策略、提高塔筒安全性和耐久性提供创新建议,为风电场运行管理提供重要依据。The wind turbine tower resonance problem seriously affects the structural stability and life of the turbine,which is the key to the design and operation of wind farms.This paper comprehensively analyzes the vibration behavior of large-scale flexible towers,and innovatively uses the Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)combined with advanced data analysis methods to explore in depth.In view of the challenges posed by the increase in the flexibility and height of modern tower,the study uses the FFT to convert the time domain signal into frequency domain components through the measured vibration data in the west and north directions,accurately identifies the key resonance frequency,and for the first time clarifies the coupling relationship between it and the rotational frequency of the wind turbine and the frequency of the blades passing through the wind turbine,to reveal the resonance-inducing mechanism.Based on this,a vibration control strategy with dynamic optimization of operating speed is proposed,which can effectively avoid the resonance frequency range and reduce the vibration response.The conclusions show that the probability of resonance is small under low wind conditions and large when the wind speed increases suddenly.The risk of resonance is low at the rated speed,but longterm operation at 10.3 rpm should be avoided.This study provides innovative suggestions to improve the operation strategy,safety and durability of the tower,and provides an important basis for the operation and management of wind farms.
