摘　　要：民营企业党建可以有效提高民营企业生命力,然而由于一些历史和现实的原因,不管是民营企业,还是我们党组织都未能充分重视。在全球经济衰退的背景下,民营企业党组织应该尽快转变工作思路,不断总结归纳民营企业急难愁盼的问题,以民营企业生存和发展面临的突出问题为导向开展党建工作。在促进企业健康发展上同民营企业结成统一战线,同民营企业出资人共同破解民营企业高质量发展难题和生命周期短难题,不断提高民营企业生命力,为建设社会主义现代化国家贡献力量。Due to some historical and practical reasons,both private enterprises and our party organizations have failed to fully attach importance to party building in private enterprises,which can effectively enhance their vitality.Against the backdrop of the global economic recession,the Party organizations should promptly shift their work approaches,continuously summarize and categorize the urgent,difficult,concerning and eagerly anticipated issues of private enterprises,and carry out Party building work guided by the prominent problems faced by private enterprises in their survival and development.Party organizations form a united front with private enterprises in promoting the healthy development of enterprises.And work together with the investors of private enterprises to solve the problems of high-quality development and short life cycles faced by private enterprises.By continuously enhancing the vitality of private enterprises,they contribute to the building of a modern socialist country.
