摘　　要：功能性胃肠病(Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders,FGIDs)是一组具有慢性、反复发作等特点的常见消化系统疾病,依靠现有技术检查无器质性病变,目前缺乏长期缓解FGIDs症状的有效治疗手段。FGIDs的发病机制与内脏高敏感、脑-肠互动的自主神经功能失调及中枢神经系统处理功能异常有关。神经调控技术已逐步应用于FGIDs的临床诊疗中,并取得了初步成效。本文就神经调控技术治疗FGIDs的临床应用研究展开综述,以期为FGIDs的治疗提供一种新的有效方式。Functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs)are a group of chronic and recurrent digestive system conditions characterized by the absence of detectable organic lesions using current diagnostic technologies.Effective long-term treatments for alleviating FGIDs symptoms remain limited.Recent studies indicate that the pathogenesis of FGIDs is linked to visceral hypersensitivity,autonomic dysfunction in brain-gut interactions,and abnormal central nervous system processing.Consequently,neuromodulation techniques have been increasingly explored in clinical practice for FGIDs diagnosis and treatment,demonstrating initial success.This article reviews advances in the clinical application of neuromodulation technology for FGIDs management,aiming to propose a novel and effective therapeutic approach.
