3D胸腔镜下肺结节清除术效果的应用观察

摘  要:目的探究3D胸腔镜下肺结节清除术治疗肺结节的临床疗效,并观察患者的并发症发生情况。方法选取2022年3月—2024年2月广东省肇庆市中医院收治的肺结节行3D胸腔镜下微创清除术治疗患者70例作为试验组,并选取同期行传统手术患者70例作为参照组。比较两组患者手术相关指标、肺功能指标水平、疼痛评分及并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量和住院时间均少于参照组(P=0.000)。干预后试验组患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))和最大呼气流量(PEF)水平均高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后2d、术后5d和术后7dVAS评分均明显低于参照组(P=0.000)。试验组患者并发症总发生率低于参照组(P=0.016)。结论3D胸腔镜下微创清除术治疗肺结节疗效显著,可缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量,提高肺功能,减轻患者疼痛,减少并发症,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of 3D thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule removal in the treatment of pulmonary nodules and to observe the complications of patients.Methods Seventy patients admitted to Zhaoqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangdong Province from March 2022 to February 2024 who underwent 3D thoracoscopic minimally invasive removal of pulmonary nodules were selected as the experimental group,and 70 patients who underwent traditional surgery during the same period were selected as the reference group.The surgical-related indicators,pulmonary function indicators,pain scores and complication occurrence of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and hospital stay of experimental group were all lower than those of the reference group(P=0.000).After intervention,the levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and PEF in experimental group were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05).The scores of test group at 2d,5d and 7dVAS after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P=0.000).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P=0.016).Conclusion 3D thoracoscopic minimally invasive removal is effective in the treatment of pulmonary nodules,which can shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce intraoperative blood loss,improve lung function,relieve patients’pain and reduce complications,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
