摘 要:为探究铝酸钙水泥(CAC)与硅灰石(WS)协同改性作用,本文通过复掺CAC和WS,设计了13组不同配合比的改性磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)试件,研究改性MKPC在NaCl、MgSO_(4)、NaOH和H_(2)SO_(4)溶液作用下的耐腐蚀性能及微观特性。结果表明,CAC的反应产物以无定形的铝凝胶形式包覆在MKPC水化产物六水磷酸钾镁(MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O)表面并填充在MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O晶体间的孔隙中,改善了MKPC的微观结构,抑制腐蚀性介质的侵蚀。WS作为惰性组分不参与MKPC的水化反应,但通过填充作用使MKPC孔隙结构更加致密。CAC和WS协同作用可以有效改善MKPC在NaCl、MgSO_(4)溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,当CAC和WS的掺量分别为胶凝材料质量的15%和5%时,改善效果最佳。在NaOH和H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中,填充在MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O晶体之间的CAC反应产物被腐蚀,导致晶体之间形成了相互连通的通道,影响了耐腐蚀性能的提升效果。In order to explore calcium aluminate cement(CAC)and wollastonite(WS)synergistic modification effect,13 groups of modified magnesium potassium phosphate cement(MKPC)specimens with different mix ratios were designed by compounding CAC and WS in this paper.The corrosion resistance and microscopic characteristics of modified MKPC under the action of NaCl,MgSO_(4),NaOH and H_(2)SO_(4)solutions were studied.The results show that the reaction product of CAC is coated on the MKPC hydration product magnesium potassium phosphate hexahydrate(MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O)in the form of amorphous aluminum gel and fill in the pores between MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O crystals,which improves the microstructure of MKPC and inhibits the corrosion of corrosive media.As an inert component,WS does not participate in hydration reaction of MKPC,but makes the pore structure of MKPC denser by filling.The synergistic effect of CAC and WS can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of MKPC in NaCl and MgSO_(4)solutions.When the content of CAC and WS is 15%and 5%of the mass of cementitious material,the improvement effect is the best.In NaOH and H_(2)SO_(4)solutions,the CAC reaction products filled between MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O crystals are corroded,resulting in the formation of interconnected channels between crystals,which affects the improvement of corrosion resistance.
