摘 要:为提升钼尾矿砂(MT_(s))的资源化利用程度,降低自密实混凝土(SCC)的生产成本,本文研究了不同砂率下MT_(s)替代率对SCC工作性能和力学性能的影响,并分析了其产生的环境和经济效益。结果表明,随着MT_(s)替代率增加,SCC工作性能下降,但通过改变砂率和减水剂用量调控坍落扩展度,可制备出具有良好填充性能、间隙通过性能和抗离析性能的SCC。在46%和50%(质量分数)砂率下,MT_(s)替代率分别为30%和20%(质量分数)时,SCC的负面孔隙(少害孔、有害孔和多害孔)占比降低,抗压和劈裂抗拉强度得到了显著提升。此外,MT_(s)的掺入有效提升了环境和成本效益。综合考虑MT_(s)对SCC工作性能、抗压强度、环境和经济效益的影响,研究认为在钼尾矿库存丰富的周边区域采用46%砂率、30%MT_(s)替代率来制备SCC是最优的选择。In order to enhance the resource utilization of molybdenum tailings sand(MT_(s))and reduce the production cost of self-compacting concrete(SCC),the effect of MT_(s)replacement rate on the working performance and mechanical performance of SCC under different sand rate was studied,and the resulting environmental and economic benefits were analyzed.The results show that the working performance of SCC decreases with the increase of MT_(s)replacement rate,but SCC with good filling,gap passage and anti-segregation properties could be prepared by modulating the slump extension degree by changing sand rate and water reducer dosage.At 46%and 50%(mass fraction)sand rate,when the MT_(s)replacement rate are 30%and 20%(mass fraction),the negative pore(less harmful holes,harmful holes and more harmful holes)percentage of SCC reduces and the compressive and splitting tensile strength significantly enhance.In addition,the incorporation of MT_(s)effectively enhances the environmental and cost benefits.Considering the effects of MT_(s)on the working performance,compressive strength,environment benefits and economic benefits of SCC,the study concludes that it is optimal to use 46%sand rate and 30%MTs replacement rate to prepare SCC in the neighboring areas where molybdenum tailings are abundant.
