摘 要:氮、磷是蓝藻生长和水华形成的关键元素,蓝藻水华会对氮、磷浓度变化和形态转化产生影响。以兰江洋港至将军岩段为研究对象,监测叶绿素a、pH值、溶解氧、总氮、氨氮、总磷等指标,探究蓝藻水华发生与河流氮、磷污染物浓度变化的关系。兰江氮、磷水平有利于蓝藻优势形成,蓝藻水华期总氮、氨氮、总磷比水华发生前分别下降13.3%~28.1%、42.2%~45.8%、17.3%~31.4%;蓝藻衰亡期总氮比水华发生前平均下降6.6%,氨氮、总磷分别下降15.6%~39.6%、16.7%~30.5%;蓝藻衰亡期总氮、氨氮比蓝藻水华期分别上升8.8%~28.0%、11.5%~41.7%,而总磷与蓝藻水华期比变化不大,蓝藻水华至衰亡的生命周期是一个促进氮、磷脱除过程,对氮的脱除作用大于磷。Nitrogen and phosphorus are key elements for the growth of blue-green algae and the formation of algal blooms,blue-green algae blooms can have an impact on changes in nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations and morphological transformations.Taking the section from Lanjiang Yanggang to Jiangjunyan as the research object,monitoring indicators such as chlorophyll a,pH value,dissolved oxygen,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,etc.,to explore the relationship between the occurrence of blue-green algae blooms and changes in the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in the river.The nitrogen and phosphorus levels in Lanjiang are conducive to the formation of blue-green algae dominance.During the blue-green algae bloom period,the total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,and total phosphorus decrease by 13.3%~28.1%,42.2%~45.8%,and 17.3%~31.4%,respectively,compared to before the bloom occurred;During the decline period of blue-green algae,the total nitrogen decreased by an average of 6.6% compared to before the occurrence of algal blooms,and the ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus decreased by 15.6%~39.6% and 16.7%~30.5%,respectively;The total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen during the decline period of blue-green algae increased by 8.8%~28.0% and 11.5%~41.7% respectively compared to the bloom period of blue-green algae,while the total phosphorus did not change significantly.The life cycle of blue-green algae from bloom to decline is a process that promotes nitrogen and phosphorus removal,with a greater effect on nitrogen removal than on phosphorus removal.
