摘 要:超滤膜技术因其高效、环保、能耗低等优势逐渐成为工业废水处理领域的热门技术,在工艺水深度处理及资源回收领域具有广阔的应用前景。随着超滤膜技术的使用,较多问题逐渐显现,膜污染会导致超滤的产水性能下降,影响超滤膜的运行寿命,增加运营成本,从而制约了超滤技术的推广应用。基于此,重点总结了超滤膜在废水处理领域的应用现状,分析了超滤膜污染现象,探讨了膜污染类型和影响因素,并介绍膜污染模型预测的进展情况,以期为超滤膜技术的研究及工程应用提供借鉴。Membrane technology has gradually become a popular technology in the field of industrial wastewater treatment due to its advantages of high efficiency,environmental protection,and low energy consumption.It has broad application prospects in the deep treatment of process water and resource recovery.With the use of ultrafiltration membrane technology,many problems have gradually emerged.Membrane fouling can lead to a decrease in the water production performance of ultrafiltration,affect the operating life of ultrafiltration membranes,increase operating costs,and thus restrict the promotion and application of ultrafiltration technology.Based on this,the current application status of ultrafiltration membranes in wastewater treatment was summarized,the phenomenon of ultrafiltration membrane fouling was analyzed,the types and influencing factors of membrane fouling were discussed,and the progress of membrane fouling model prediction was introduced,in order to provide guidance for the research and engineering application of ultrafiltrationmembrane technology.
