摘　　要：随着互联网行业的迅猛发展,外卖用户规模快速增长,使得外卖垃圾的数量激增,这势必会带来一系列的环境问题。有必要开展问卷调查,分析外卖餐具及包装使用状况,从而推广可降解餐具及包装,保护环境。外卖已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分,外卖餐具及包装使用的材料主要是塑料,但使用时没有进行很好的分类回收,造成严重的环境问题。人们对此有认识,但是难以抵挡其便利性的诱惑,环保意识薄弱。数据显示,人们对绿色环保的可降解餐具及包装知之甚少。未来,要进一步加强宣传,出台相关政策,提高可降解餐具及包装的使用率,最终实现节能减排。With the rapid development of the Internet industry,the number of takeaway users has increased rapidly,which is bound to bring a series of environmental problems.It is necessary to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the usage status of takeaway tableware and packaging,in order to promote biodegradable tableware and packaging and protect the environment.Food delivery has become an indispensable part of people’s lives,the materials used for food delivery utensils and packaging are mainly plastic,but they are not properly classified and recycled during use,causing serious environmental problems.People are aware of this,but find it difficult to resist the temptation of its convenience and have weak environmental awareness.Data shows that people know very little about green and environmentally friendly biodegradable tableware and packaging.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen publicity,introduce relevant policies,increase the usage rate of biodegradable tableware and packaging,and ultimately achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
