摘　　要：节能管理与清洁生产审核日益成为企业可持续发展的重要组成部分,如何实现二者的协同效应成为企业管理的关键。采用案例分析法,结合企业实践,探讨节能管理与清洁生产审核协同效应的影响因素。研究发现,管理机制整合、技术创新、文化建设和经济环境双重评估是实现协同效应的关键要素。合理整合这些因素不仅能提升企业竞争力,还能推动可持续发展。研究成果为企业实现节能管理与清洁生产审核的协同效应提供理论支持。Energy-saving management and clean production audit have increasingly become important components of sustainable development for enterprises,and how to achieve synergistic effects between the two has become the key to enterprise management.Using case analysis method and combined with enterprise practice,the influencing factors of the synergistic effect are explored between energy-saving management and clean production audit.Research has found that the integration of management mechanisms,technological innovation,cultural construction,and dual evaluation of economic environment are key elements in achieving synergistic effects.Reasonably integrating these factors can not only enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,but also promote sustainable development.The research results provide theoretical support for enterprises to achieve the synergistic effect of energy-saving management and clean production audit.
